WE USE GLS FOR DELIVERY IN DENMARK
These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to purchases of goods on www.scharf.dk for delivery in Denmark, but not Greenland and the Faroe Islands or other countries abroad.
Ordering and payment
Scharf.dk is open 24 hours a day, so you can shop almost anytime. However, we may close the store for maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.
To act on Scharf.dk you must be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card that we accept. If you are not yet 18 years of age, you can still purchase goods if you have obtained your guardian's consent and/or otherwise have the legal right to make the purchase.
You select the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping basket". You can correct the contents of the shopping basket right up to the time of ordering, and you can continuously check the contents and the price of the goods.
Any additional payments for, for example, shipping and payment card fees will only be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.
When you are ready to order, click on "Checkout", where you enter your name, address, e-mail, telephone number, payment method and choose the delivery method.
You can change the contents of your shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase by pressing the "Order and pay" button. After that, your order will proceed to Scharf.dk and can no longer be changed.
You are obliged to provide a correct address for the delivery of the goods. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed, we reserve the right to Scharf.dk reserves the right to withhold delivery and cancel the order.
Cancellation of orders
Scharf.dk may cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered item. You will be notified if such a situation arises, and any payment or reservation made with a payment method will be returned/cancelled.
Receipt for receipt of order and order confirmation
When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt by e-mail for our receipt of your order. However, a binding purchase agreement has only been concluded when you have received an order confirmation/sales receipt from us.
14-day right of withdrawal
When you shop at Scharf.dk you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, during which you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day.
After receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature, properties and way in which they function.
Some products do not have a right of withdrawal, or you may lose your right of withdrawal. The following products are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
Sealed goods that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return once the seal has been broken after delivery (this always applies to care products and complementary foods).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must give us written notice of this by means of an unambiguous declaration no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Return
If you regret your purchase, the goods must be returned to us using the same shipping company that delivered the shipment to you: GLS – https://gls-group.eu/DK/da/home
When returning the goods, you should ensure that the goods are properly packaged. You are responsible for the package/goods until we receive them. Therefore, keep the receipt from the shipping company and any track and trace number. You must pay the costs of returning the goods yourself if you change your mind.
IMPORTANT
We expect you to send the goods as soon as possible after you have given notice of withdrawal, and you must send them back no later than 3 days after you have expressed your regret.
Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase.
Refund
When we receive the goods, we will check them and you will be refunded the amount you paid to us for the purchase, minus any shipping costs. The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method that you used to pay for the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment card you used for the purchase.
NOTE:
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item has diminished because
- you have actually used the product,
- it has been damaged while you were responsible for it,
- you have handled the goods in a way other than was necessary to enable you to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods
- you have not followed the restrictions in the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, product type, etc
Complaint - If there is something wrong with the item
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sales Act, including the defect rules. This means that you can either have a defective item repaired, exchanged, your money refunded or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.
You must contact us within a “reasonable time”
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. We recommend that you make a complaint as soon as possible, and within 14 days of the defect being discovered.

In order for us to assess your complaint, we will ask you for the following:
- Please send us a brief description of how the damage or defect occurred. Please note that you should contact our customer service as soon as you discover the defect.
- To document the defect, you must send 4-5 pictures along with the description.
The defect must be clearly visible in at least one of the photos. In addition, you must ensure that your photos show the entire product, once from the front and once from the back. - Send the pictures by email to info@scharf.dk
- Please provide the order number the item was purchased with – or attach a copy of the order confirmation/receipt.
- After we receive your photos, we will process your complaint as soon as possible.

In the event of a justified complaint, we will refund reasonable shipping costs.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for dispatch. You are responsible for the package/goods yourself until we receive them. Therefore, save the postal receipt incl. information on shipping costs and any track and trace number.
