WE USE GLS FOR DELIVERY IN DENMARK
These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods on www.scharf.dk for delivery in Denmark, but not Greenland and the Faroe Islands and other foreign countries.
Ordering and payment
Scharf.dk is open 24 hours a day, and you can therefore almost always shop. However, it may happen that we close the store for scheduled maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.
To shop on Scharf.dk, you must be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card, which we accept. If you have not yet reached the age of 18, you can still buy goods if you have obtained your guardian’s consent and / or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase.
You select the items you want to buy and put them in the “shopping cart”. You can correct the contents of the shopping cart right up to the time of ordering, and you can regularly check the contents and the price of the goods.
Any additional payments for eg shipping and debit card fees will only be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.
When you are ready to order, click on “To checkout”, where you enter your name, address, e-mail, telephone number, payment method and choose delivery method.
You can change the contents of the shopping cart until you confirm your purchase by pressing the “Order and pay” button. After this, your order goes on to Scharf.dk and can no longer be changed.
You are required to provide a correct address for the delivery of the goods. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed, Scharf.dk reserves the right to withhold delivery and cancel the order.
Cancellation of orders
Scharf.dk can cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered item. You will be notified in the event of such a situation, and any payment or reservation made on a means of payment will be returned / canceled.
Receipt for receipt of order and order confirmation
Once you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt per. email for our receipt of your order. However, a binding purchase agreement has not been entered into until you have received an order confirmation / sales receipt from us.
14-day right of withdrawal
When you shop at Scharf.dk, you usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal, where you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.
Upon receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way in which they work.
Some items do not have a right of withdrawal or you may lose your right of withdrawal. The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
Sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return when the seal is broken after delivery (this always applies to care products and supplementary feed).
In order to enforce the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing by unequivocal statement within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Note! We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery or similar.
You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase.
When we receive the item, we check it, and you will be refunded the amount you paid to us at the time of purchase, however, deducted if necessary. freight.
