In the event that the customer breaches obligations in accordance with these terms of sale and delivery, Scharf.dk may interrupt or limit your use of Scharf.dk’s website, just as orders will not be able to be placed.
Among other things, the following conditions are considered to be material breaches
• The customer provides incorrect information about name, address, e-mail address, telephone number
• The customer is harassing Scharf.dk, our employees or our customers
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact Scharf.dk or phone +45 22 21 74 07. If we do not succeed in finding a satisfactory solution, you can, if the conditions for this are met, submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
Choice of law and venue
Purchases of goods on Scharf.dk are subject to Danish law. Any dispute is settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
